Here’s a drawing that illustrates the investigative process of figure drawing. You can clearly see how artist Daniele Marzocchini (@danielemarzocchini) is “mapping” the form of the model. The lower left depicts an almost “wire frame” version of the model. The middle is considering the “fleshy” aspects. Finally, in the upper left we have a more rendered face, thinking about likeness and structure.
